Unworn, unused merchandise can be returned for a refund. Since we are a small family-run business, returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be waived if an incorrect or defective item was shipped to you.
Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent items from being sold as new. We reserve the right to deny any return. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a return authorization number.
To qualify for return authorization, please email email@example.com within 3 days of receipt with an explanation of your request for a return. Returns must be post-marked within 2 days of return authorization.
Once your return item is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you confirming receipt of the merchandise. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or adjust your refund accordingly. Upon approval, you will receive your refund minus a 10 % restocking fee.

-We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays.
-All orders ship with delivery confirmation, which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.
-To make any changes to your order or shipping address please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We cannot make any changes or reroute the package once it has left our facility.
